what began as a conversation over a bottle of whiskey on a hot summer night…
Quickly became a family passion project.
“Let’s make the woods more accessible.”
It was settled. This was something we were all passionate about and the idea of building it out of storage containers was the icing on the cake (or maybe the whiskey talking). My parents (Jeff & Heidi) have lived on this beautiful chunk of land for a while now. My siblings and I grew up romping around in these very evergreens and we really believe that more people need to experience what the woods have to offer.
This may come as a shocker (it did to us) but we LOVE working with family and this project wouldn’t be complete without our diversity in skillsets. It’s morphed along with way. Adapted to the environment and resources available. And turned out to be something we are so proud to be able to open up to you.
Come and see why we’re so crazy about where we live. Experience the intricate ecology, vast change in seasons, and our stunning array of ecosystems.
